UnivArtis publishes selected scholarships, funded programs, masterclasses, and academic openings shared by music professors and higher education institutions worldwide. Every listing is independently reviewed by UnivArtis to maintain academic integrity — this is not an open advertising space.

Basic listing information — title, institution, discipline, study level, and deadline — is visible to all visitors. Registered members see full details free of charge: eligibility criteria, complete application procedures, direct application links, and full scholarship information. Registration is free and takes less than two minutes.

Submit an Opportunity Listing
Share scholarships, programs, and academic opportunities with motivated students.
Higher education music institutions and academic music professors may submit listings for review and publication on UnivArtis. Each listing requires a one-time fee of €300, payable before publication, and includes full opportunity details (discipline, study level, eligibility, deadlines, official application link), publication on the UnivArtis website, and informational visibility through UnivArtis communication channels, including selected social media.
Publication duration — listings expire automatically at their deadline:
• Scholarships — up to 12 months or until the application deadline
• Competitions — up to 6 months or until the registration deadline
• Masterclasses & Festivals — up to 3 months or until the event date
Submission rules:
• Listings must represent legitimate academic opportunities from accredited institutions or recognized music organizations, with official, verifiable contact and application links
• No misleading, promotional, or commercial language
• Up to 5 active listings per institution at any time
• Listings do not include access to student profiles, messaging, or recruitment tools — for direct engagement with students, see the For Music Institutions section
• Every submission is reviewed within 72 hours; UnivArtis reserves the right to decline listings that do not meet academic standards
