II. Submit an Opportunity Listing
Share scholarships, programs, and academic opportunities with motivated students — free.
Higher education music institutions and academic music professors may submit opportunity listings at no cost for review and publication on UnivArtis.
All submissions are reviewed by UnivArtis to maintain academic quality and platform integrity.
Each listing includes:
Institution or program name
Instrument, voice, or field of study
Study level (Bachelor's, Master's, Artist Diploma, Doctoral, etc.)
Scholarship or funding description (informational only)
Eligibility criteria
Application or audition pathway
Deadline(s)
Official external contact or application link
Publication on the UnivArtis website
Informational visibility through UnivArtis communication channels, including selected social media platforms
Social media visibility is informational in nature and subject to editorial selection. UnivArtis does not guarantee reach, engagement, or promotional frequency.
Publication Duration:
Listing duration is based on the type of opportunity:
Scholarships — up to 12 months or until application deadline
Competitions — up to 6 months or until registration deadline
Masterclasses & Festivals — up to 3 months or until event date
Studio Openings — up to 6 months or until stated deadline
Listings automatically expire at the stated deadline. Each institution may maintain up to 5 active listings at any time.
What listings do NOT include:
To preserve academic integrity and platform quality, opportunity listings do not provide:
Access to student profiles
Direct messaging or outreach to students
Recommendations or matching
Targeted recruitment campaigns
Performance-based guarantees
Institutions seeking direct engagement with students are encouraged to explore Institutional Collaboration with UnivArtis through the For Music Institutions section.

Submission Guidelines
To maintain academic standards and platform quality, all submissions must meet the following criteria:
Listings must represent legitimate academic opportunities from accredited higher education institutions or recognized music organizations
Scholarships and funding opportunities must be clearly described, with transparent eligibility and application procedures
All contact information and application links must be official and verifiable
Listings must not contain misleading, promotional, or commercial language
Each institution may maintain up to 5 active listings at any time
UnivArtis reserves the right to decline or remove listings that do not align with academic standards or platform principles
All listings are published for informational purposes only and do not imply endorsement or partnership with UnivArtis.
How to Submit
Institutions or professors may submit an Academic Opportunity Listing by completing the submission form on the UnivArtis platform.
All submissions are reviewed individually within 72 hours. Publication is not automatic — UnivArtis reviews all content for academic integrity before approval.
Once approved, your listing will be published for 30 days and visible to all registered students on the platform.
