II. Platform Access & Collaboration
Structured recruitment support tailored to your institution's needs.
Institutions with Platform Access may browse profiles of students who have made their profiles visible to your institution — either publicly or by selecting your institution as a preference. All materials are shared with student consent and intended exclusively for academic evaluation purposes.
Plans & Pricing:
• Founding Institution — €500 / year for the first 10 institutions. Includes the IRO account and 2 Faculty seats, the Founding Member badge, and a Founding Rate guaranteed for 3 years (€650 / year afterwards).
• Standard — €650 / year. Includes the IRO account and 2 Faculty seats. Annual renewal, cancel anytime.
• Additional Faculty seats — €175 / year per seat, billed pro-rata when added during the year.
Platform Access includes:
• Pre-screened, professionally reviewed student profiles and recordings
• Student filtering by instrument, level, region, and expressed institutional interest
• Institutional dashboard for recruitment coordination
