UnivArtis is open to music students from all countries, exploring local, national, and international study opportunities at the Bachelor's, Master's, Artist Diploma, Artist Certificate, and Doctoral level.
At this time, UnivArtis primarily supports classical instruments and academic music disciplines, including composition and conducting, taught at higher education music institutions.

Every student account on UnivArtis is free of charge. There are no paid tiers for platform access. Your profile is your professional presence within the international academic music community: structured, secure, and fully under your control.

You also choose how visible you are. By default, your profile is visible to all participating professors and institutions, so that you can be discovered by opportunities you might not yet know about. You may also choose to be visible only to selected institutions. These preferences can be updated at any time.

UnivArtis Advisory is an optional, fully personalized service for students who want expert support at specific stages of their journey, from audition preparation through international relocation. Each advisory product has a defined scope and is priced individually based on your goals, profile, and circumstances.
These services are entirely optional. Your Free Student Profile is fully functional without them.
1. Audition Pathway Support & Advisory
Targeted preparation for formal recruitment and institutional auditions.
Scope includes: repertoire selection and review, recording strategy and feedback, prescreening guidance, mock audition sessions, and academic presentation advice tailored to specific institutions, programs, or professors.
2. Scholarship Strategy & Negotiation
Strategic support for identifying, applying for, and negotiating financial aid.
Scope includes: scholarship landscape mapping, eligibility analysis, application document preparation, deadline planning, and direct support during scholarship and funding discussions with institutions.
3. Visa & Relocation Support
Practical guidance through the international transition process.
Scope includes: visa procedure orientation (e.g., F-1 for the United States, national student visas across the EU), documentation preparation, accommodation guidance, and arrival logistics.
4. Full Application Management
End-to-end management of the higher music education application process.
Scope includes: complete coordination across all stages, from institutional shortlisting and timeline planning, through recording and document preparation, audition coordination, communication with institutions, scholarship strategy, and visa support.
